Raeanne Passantino

Executive Director
I have been with PCCC as its director since 2005. I am also the Assistant Director of the Family Justice Center Alliance, a program of Alliance for HOPE International in San Diego, CA,  that provides support and technical assistance to Family Justice Centers across the country, including those funded by Office of Violence Against Women (OVW). I have been in the domestic violence and sexual assault field since 1993 as a volunteer, counselor, grants manager, domestic violence program coordinator and in program development. I have a bachelor's degree in computer science and a masters in counseling. I enjoy the outdoors, reading, music, singing, family and friends, my dog, and the Oakland A's.

Elaine Pritchard

Licensed Therapist
My heart’s calling is to work with people who are striving for a more joyous and fulfilling life, and to help them deal with the hard issues that stand in the way of happiness. I obtained an MA in Counseling of Psychology and a BA in Psychology, to better understand those I strive to help. I hold ANSA and CANS certificates, as well as an ACT Trainer certificate At Pinnacle I use my innate qualities of humor, compassion, understanding, caring, and listening spirituality to work with men, women, individuals, teens, and families. My approach to mental healing is that I walk along side my clients, and help them navigate the difficult path towards a healthier and more enjoyable life. People say that I’m easy-going, empathetic, and look at things a little differently outside the box to find new paths to fulfillment. My areas of interest include trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, spectrum disorders (autism), codependency, betrayal, grief, life transitions, teen and women’s issues, and spirituality. I love going to movies and am a huge fan of the Boston Red Sox. My bucket list includes trips to places as far-flung as Australia and Dollywood.

Cheryl Dickinson

Coaching Professional
I have helped clients break through the obstacles that hold them back in life and relationships since 2010. Life's too short to stay unhappy, unsure, and unfulfilled. I will work with you, compassionately, to help create pathways toward overcoming issues standing in the way of your goals and happiness. As a Coaching Professional I will walk with you as you embrace your personal power to move forward and truly thrive.

Rabbi Josh Zebberman

MFT Trainee
As an MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist) Trainee, I look forward to supporting, counseling, and guiding my clients and helping them enhance their relationships and overall mental wellbeing. As a practicing Rabbi, I've fine-tuned my active listening skills and love for exploring avenues for peaceful living. I want my clients to thrive, not just survive. My hobbies include reading, singing, and spending time with friends and family.

We are here to help you manage your mental and emotional health during these uncertain times. While stress, anxiety and depression are normal responses, you don't have to experience them alone. We are compassionate counselors and coaches who are here to help you. We offer sliding scale fees and follow shelter-in-place and social distancing guidelines by providing teletherapy services for individuals, teens, couples, and parents.
In-person sessions may be available as needed.
